Interview with Christina Bati

1. What inspired you to pursue your career?

Woman’s beauty was always important for me. And not only outer but inner one. I just know that every girl is beautiful. And my job is just to improve and make it obvious!

I would say that it is a talent from God - to see the better version of a woman and increase her confidence.

2. What do you most enjoy about your profession?

In my profession I enjoy the most the moment when woman looks into a mirror after her make up is done. Her eyes are shining and she is smiling from within. This is how happiness looks like. For her and for me.

3. What difficulties have you endured to get to where you are today?

I would say difficulties can be on the way of any business, in any achievements. Personally for me it was a slow start, I was waiting carefully for results. And I could got really frustrated if things didn’t turn out the way I wanted. But it is in the past. I learned from my mistakes. My advice for the ladies is just follow your soul and let the way adjust your decisions and view on things.

4. What are your goals for 2020?

I have big plans. Because I listen to my soul and I know where it’s driving me. I am planning on doing online makeup course. Since offline version worked amazing and girls loved it. I want to expand my experience for women in other countries and so on.

And another online course is under preparation... it’s about complete personal transformation. I chose very influential partners for that. And we gonna make a really fresh and powerful product.

5. What advice do you have for women who are in pursuit of their dreams?

My biggest advice is to listen to your inner voice, your soul knows better what and how make you happier today, right in this moment.

And the second one: dont be afraid of judgments, luck of support or anything else. Bravery makes us stronger.

«The road will be mastered by the walking» (c). And I always repeat in my course: if one man can do that, another can do it also!

6. What life lessons have you learnt from Covid-19 that you would like to share with other aspiring women?

This situation thought me to know myself better. To know what really makes me happy.

During lockdown, I became even more creative than before! I started to realize myself in art therapy (not professional, but painting makes me relaxed).

And I started to sew Masks for self-protection.

Because I know how important the total look is. I make different designs and all of them are fashionable.

All the profit I get from selling these masks I am sending to a girl who is battling breast cancer.

She didn’t know about my project. And her heart melted when she knew that there are so many beautiful hearts to support! We showed her that she’s not alone.

7. What is your greatest strength and weakness?

My biggest strength is creativity in everything - even being in the worst situation I think what good I can take out of it, even it is just a lesson or experience. And I’m always a man of my word.

My weakness is time management. And I am working on it. Sometimes I take a lot of tasks on me in the same time, sometimes I have to much free time. Not much balance. Haha.

8. If you were to go back in time, what would you have done differently?

I definitely know the answer: I would travel to see my parents before lockdown. I missed them very much. There is nothing rather than that.

I deeply believe that my version of today is the combination of my day to day choices and decisions. Who I am is mix of My mistakes and my learnings.

I’m very grateful for everything happened in my life. No regrets.

And I want every woman think the same way ;)
